Monster Activities is based in the mighty Great Glen at South Laggan, near Spean Bridge. We are on the lochside of Loch Oich in the Great Glen Water Park surrounded by magnificent scenery.

We are located on the A82 at South Laggan, 7 miles outside Spean Bridge.

Loch Ness and the lively village of Fort Augustus are 7 miles away. Fort Augustus is where the Caledonian Canal joins Loch Ness through a series of lock gates, which are located in the center of the village. It has a number of lively pubs and some good restaurants.

Fort William is 20 and Inverness 45 miles away. Both have seen a number of new pubs and restaurants open in the last few years and now offer a very good choice of nightlife and shopping facilities.

For scenery, nearby Loch Garry (loch shaped like Scotland), Nevis Range cable car and Glencoe provide spectacular highland scenery at its best. If you wish to travel slightly further afield the beautiful island of Skye is within a day-trip.

By Car we are 30 mins from Fort William, 1 hour from Inverness, 2 ½ hours from Glasgow and 3 hours from Edinburgh. The drive from Glasgow and Edinburgh is very scenic. Flights and trains from London and elsewhere in the UK to Inverness, Edinburgh and Glasgow are readily available at reasonable cost.
