White Water Rafting

The most exciting outdoor activity you'll try this year - Monster Activities whitewater raft all year round, and from April to October we raft on the only dam released river in Scotland, guaranteeing white water. We also offer duckies (2 man rafts) on lower grade rivers.

Canoeing and Kayaking

One of our most popular activities, this is a safe, easy and fun introduction to water sports. We have a range of 3 man open Canadians and 1 man Kayaks, Moskitos and Cyphurs. Tuition includes basics strokes up to white water techniques.
